Cartier has unveiled new additions to its Clash de Cartier collection, taking its signature style of bold contrasts to a new level with larger designs, vibrant materials, and greater movement.
First launched in 2019, the Clash de Cartier line has been known for blending elegance with edginess, combining traditional jewelry techniques with daring, modern forms. This year, Cartier enhances that duality with sculptural pieces, flexible forms, and new materials that make a striking statement.
At the center of the latest launch is the collection’s XL edition — an amplified version of Cartier’s signature style. These oversized designs feature rose gold studs and beads on rings, earrings, necklaces, and, for the first time, bracelets. The larger scale brings bolder character, with limited-edition pieces showcasing rare stones like coral, amazonite, and Tahitian pearls.
A standout in the collection is chrysoprase, a bright green gemstone that now appears as vivid absinthe-green beads. Paired with rose gold, the gemstone adds an avant-garde edge to rings and single earrings.
Movement also plays a key role in the new designs. Cartier has introduced supple bracelets and long necklaces in rose gold, white gold, and pavé diamonds. These pieces are designed to move gracefully on the body, with every link and stud assembled by hand. Some take nearly 50 hours to complete.
The pavé versions feature diamonds set on each face of the clous carré, creating a shimmering surface that reflects light from every angle. The long necklaces offer versatile styling options, whether doubled, layered, or draped.
To complete the refreshed lineup, Cartier has added yellow gold to the Clash family, expanding its metal palette beyond rose and white gold.
With its bold forms, rare materials, and meticulous craftsmanship, the new Clash de Cartier designs continue the brand’s exploration of contrast — unapologetically elegant, strikingly modern, and unmistakably Cartier.
