Apple is preparing to kick off its next Activity Challenge for Apple Watch users, with the Heart Month Challenge scheduled for February 14. This special event encourages users to show some love for their hearts by closing the Exercise ring on Valentine’s Day.
To participate, users simply need to complete 30 minutes of exercise, which is the default requirement for closing the Exercise ring. However, those who wish to adjust their goal can easily customize the duration. Apple provides simple instructions for users to modify their exercise targets:
Open the Fitness app on your iPhone.
Tap on the Activity rings and then select the “Change Goals” button.
Choose from the following options:
- Adjust Goal for Today: Set a one-time goal for that day.
- Adjust Goal Schedule: Customize the exercise goal for specific days of the week.
After making adjustments, tap either “Change [activity] Goal for Today” or “Set [activity] Goal Schedule” to save your preferences.
In addition to the virtual award, participants will unlock exclusive Heart Month stickers to commemorate their accomplishment.
For those looking to enhance their Apple Watch experience, some of the best accessories include the Apple Watch Series 10, Apple Watch Ultra 2, Satechi portable charger, OtterBox case, and a portable charging dock.
