After only a month and a week of seemingly flawless operation, their Constellation Edition watch abruptly stopped working. They tried every troubleshooting step provided on the Bethesda website to no avail. Frustratingly, their initial attempt to seek assistance from Bethesda was met with a canned response, offering the same instructions they had already followed. This left the player feeling unsupported and disillusioned.
